Returns and refunds
Made-to-Order Items
All items are handmade and made to order based on your selections (fabric, wipes brand, etc.).
Returns
I accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be in new, unused condition
- Must be returned in the same condition you received it
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued once I receive and inspect the returned item.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
❗ Custom Fabric Orders
Orders made with special-order fabrics (fabric that I do not keep in stock and purchase specifically for your order) are final sale.
These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The item has been used or damaged
- Incorrect information was provided (such as wrong wipes brand)
Order Changes / Cancellations
If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact me within 12 hours of purchase.
Wipes Brand Responsibility
Please include your wipes brand in the order notes. If not provided, I may contact you and delay production. I am not responsible for fit issues if incorrect or missing information is given.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or there is a mistake with your order, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos, and I will make it right.
Color & Pattern Variation
Due to screen settings and the handmade nature of each item:
- Colors may appear slightly different
- Pattern placement may vary
- Each piece is unique.
