All items are handmade and made to order. Slight variations in color and pattern placement may occur.

Orders are processed within 2–4 weeks unless otherwise stated.

Custom orders, including those made with special-order fabrics, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for providing correct information, including shipping address and wipes brand.

If wipes brand is not provided, production may be delayed until information is received.

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as PayPal or Stripe.

Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking. Delivery times may vary depending on location.

I am not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or external factors.

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos so I can resolve the issue.

Order cancellations or changes must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.
